Unfortunately the WORST service in the UAE. They have problems in their platform EVERY YEAR and EVERY YEAR you need to RUN after them to get is resolved. NO RESPONSE to several emails after waiting for MANY WEEEEEKS!! this is super FRUSTRATING to deal with them, what a NIGHTMARE!!

Excellent customer service and on-spot resolution by efficient call-center staff , had a chance of talking to Ms Marwa earlier today and was impressed by her approach and professional conduct and problem resolution. Im sure it comes with a lot of professional training, so well done Marwa and well done FTA Team !

It is awful. The application is always returned and I never know why. The office note is always empty. Then I need to call back and wait one hour. Please have the officer note visible to the user. U need to see what we see from the other side. How would I know what u need if the officer note is empty and the email is very vague. Please put some efforts and communicate what u want. Copy paste and standard messages are not useful.

Horrible experience. We had to ask for VAT number because we were about to issue a new invoice that brings us above threshold. We submitted our invoices together with explanation of our business. FTA keeps returning us our application and asking for POs that prove that we will surpass the threshold. We keep explaining we do not work on POs but we are comission based. They severely impact our business by not issuing the VAT number in timely matter since we can not continue invoicing. Federal tax agency deprives itself of income and businesses from operating while asking all over irrelevant documents, extendig the 20 days all over while asking for resubmission and not issuing the number in a timely matter. Very weird. Also there is no possibility to talk to the officer.
