I dealt with some of the staff and found a lack of seriousness and credibility in their communication. I was given inconsistent and inaccurate information, which negatively impacted my experience. Moreover, the management’s approach reflects a clear absence of professionalism and transparency, which is unfortunate for an entity expected to uphold trust and integrity.

Unfortunately, my experience with this provider was disappointing. The service was below expectations, and the staff’s attitude lacked professionalism and proper customer care. I hope they reconsider the quality of their services and improve their client interactions in the future.
