I would give a 5 Star to the team for thier excellent professional commitment to thier customers. We opened our new trade license for our Abu Dhabi office, right from the DED enquiry to the establishment card approval they did a very fantastic job, in the mid of the process we had a small issue and Mr. Shameer personally involved and solved it on right time. Worst experience ever, staff are not efficient and puts the phone down in your ear. When I tried to elevate the situation I even got worse re-action.
