Talked to a guy named Tushar who tried to misguide me regarding corporate tax by fear mongering that my registration and filing period was "wrong" and trying to also upsell other services. Don't care for the attitude either. Edit: thier response to my review is damage control when thier guy clearly used the word "wrong" in relation to my filing period and suggested I would have to "correct" it first so "it doesn't become an issue" later.

After review of your conversation with Mr Tushar, we would like to clarify a few points for transparency: • Your Civil Company had a mid year Tax Period selected. His advice was to align it to a calendar year for easier compliance. We never mentioned that you will be penalized for having this period. That would have been fear mongering. • You had mentioned setting up a Dubai DED Civil company solely for VISA purposes while freelancing. Accordingly, we highlighted that a freezone company option is much simpler and cost effective in such situations. • Regarding the office visit, you enquiry came on a Saturday (Our weekly Holiday), instead of leaving the message unattended, our team promptly responded and invited you to visit on Monday. We understand that and advice can feel subjective and came across differently than intended, our objective is always to provide practical, compliant and cost effective solutions to our clients. Tushar is commendable in his knowledge, experience and dedication. Problem solving is a piece of a cake for him, be it accounting or taxation. So anyone who is struggling with recent regulatory changes be it in accounting, taxation etc. Or is looking to establish a business and run day to day activities without hassle, he is a go-to person to bring you up to speed. Give him an opportunity and you will never regret it.

Tushar is very experienced and skilled in what he's doing, and we had no issues what so ever setting up our business through Protax. Fast replies, helping and answering questions outside of just the business setup as well.
